Today is the release of Jimmy Sisco’s contribution to the 3 Song Acoustic EP series. As the singer/guitarist/songwriter for ABSOLVED and Platoon 1107, Jimmy has released some of the biggest, most aggressive music on Thumper Punk Records. Thumper Punk Records has released a special benefit compilation for Grave Robber singer and Rottweiler Records founder, Shawn Browning, to raise money for his medical expenses. The compilation titled “Kill The Ill” is a really cool one that features 80 tracks and spanning nearly 4 hours. Indie Vision Music is proud to have 3 songs on this compilation: Light The Way “BRKN”, Josiah “This Is The New War” (2017 Remaster), and Dismissed “Hard Day” (2017 Remaster). Check it all out below.

The Christian punk band Reforma Protestante has released their music video for “Skate & Destroy“. Reforma Protestante means “Protestant reform” in Spanish. The band features Andrés Matamoros (guitar and vocals), Pablo Mata (guitar), David Barrantes (bass and vocals), and Gabo Chevez (drums). The song Skate & Destroy originally appeared on Autism Awareness, Acceptance and Research, a Benefit Comp, Vol. 2, to raise money for The Seaver Autism Center at Mt. Siani Hospital. Reforma Protestante is planning for a full length release on Thumper Punk Records, a label they have just recently signed to, later this year.

First up on January 26th is the first ep is a 3 ep series of acoustic songs is Sef Idle (False Idle) and his contribution that will please fans of Green Day “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)”, Tony Sly, Joey Cape, and Brian Fallon. Next up with be the acoustic offering from Lupe Gtrz of The Lonely Revolts, and then finally an ep from Jimmy Sisco of Platoon 1107. Los Angeles based pop-punk band Heart Like War released this fun little music video for their new song “Bring it On” a few months back and I wanted to spotlight it for those of you that didn’t know who these guys are. The band released their 2nd full length album titled “Fired Up” on Thumper Punk Records back in June of this year. Fans of Mxpx, Sum 41, Blink 182, and old Hawk Nelson will find something to appreciate in this new album.
