Turn off the TV, close your internet browsers, and put on the headphones, it’s time for a trip back in time. The critically underrated indie-emo-rock or whatever you would like to call them band, have decided to come out of retirement and write new songs. Continued →

I am excited to reveal the track listing for the new Craig’s Brother ep “Devils In The Details” (to be released soon on Indie Vision Music). The ep which comes 15 years after their last ep “Epidemic” shows a band building on the strength of their previous material while embracing the future and offering some thought provoking punk rock. Pre-Orders for the CD will go live as soon as we get a release date locked in. Things take time and quality is the most important so let’s all sit patiently waiting for the punk rock kings to knock one out of the park.

I’d like to take a minute to introduce you all to a new metal band out of New Jersey named Through Veins. Their heavy, bombastic, and destructive new sound is sure to please any true metal music fan out there. Uplifting lyrics filled with pure spiritual truth is definitely going to inspire hope. Check out the first song “Genesis” below. The song will appear on the upcoming debut album titled “Immortality” which hits sometime in 2019.

The long lost IVM compilation “A Very Indie Christmas Vol. 1” has reappeared from 2008 where it remained hidden and under lock and key for 10 years. The compilation hopped in the delorean and has met us here in 2018 without disrupting the space time continuum. Great Scott! Check out the FREE compilation below. This “Christmas” comp featured a ton of bands with some Christmas tracks and some just plain ROCKIN’ songs (not all of it is Christmas music). IVM was on a roll a decade ago with free compilations where I was regularly releasing them and putting them up for free on the old site. I got old and not as much time for creating this epic music so I’ve sort of gone back to the shadows. Anyway, if you like FREE music that’ll spread some holiday cheer then check this out. Remember, it’ll only be up to January 1st then it’ll be pulled down and put back in the vault to be enjoyed at a future date. Who wants a NEW one in 2019? [Thanks to Marco for sharing these long lost songs]
Names Without Numbers have just posted their brand new music video for this rockin’ song “Goodnight” over on YouTube. Check out the really cool new music video below. You can purchase/stream the band’s two new singles “Goodnight” and “The Apathy Anthem” at your favorite digital networks NOW! The band plans to work on their new full length soon with a release in 2019. If you like what you hear then keep on requesting “The Apathy Anthem” on your favorite radio stations (and add it to your playlists on Spotify).
Don’t you love that headline? Seriously though, I am so thankful for all of you listening to the music I put out in 2018, following the bands, requesting the tunes on your favorite stations, buying merch, and just for supporting Indie Vision Music this year. It has been an amazing ride. I still have that Craig’s Brother Ep on the way and then the rest of 2019 is up in the air. Currently working hard in my machining business and trying to figure out what to do next music wise. We are actually moving facilities to one down the street in Anaheim and yes that includes all the IVM merch (I ship from my real job). Anyway, check out the Billboard Christian Rock Radio Charts for this week and marvel at the sheer sight of infectious music invading the airwaves. Charts can be found below. This week Grandpa Loves Rhinos and Names Without Numbers both entered the main “Christian Rock National Airplay” chart in great positions. Keep requesting these tunes and let’s blow up 2019 in a big way. Don’t forget about new Craig’s Brother on the way. Thanks again everyone and God Bless you all this Christmas/New Years season.

Earlier this year we were stoked to learn that IVM had several artists charting on the Billboard Christian Rock Charts for Radio Play. Mainframe, Grandpa Loves Rhinos, Light The Way, and Craig’s Brother all had songs on the charts throughout much of the year. It went a little quiet past few months until a friend alerted me to this last week’s chart showing Grandpa Loves Rhinos and Names Without Numbers both landing a spot. On top of that, a really cool punk rock band by the name of Reliance charted with their song “Broken Bottles” who we support here at IVM. So head on over to your favorite rock station and request these songs: Grandpa Love Rhinos “The Ministry of Aquaman”, Names Without Numbers “The Apathy Anthem”, and Reliance “Broken Bottles”. Thanks to all the stations spinning our music: BrokenFM, WXGN, Revocation Radio, The Christian Rock 20, and many others. Thanks for supporting the little guys. Keep on requesting at RadioU and one of these days they’ll play our music.
Reliance have just announced that they will be recording in Los Angeles with Dave Klein, March 2019. This punk band is beginning to blow up in a good way with their latest single “Broken Bottles” gaining traction and hitting the Billboard Charts under the Christian Rock category for radio play, last week. Make sure to request “Broken Bottles” over at Broken.FM and keep this song in rotation.

Solid State Records posted a video (turn up the volume) on their Facebook page with the headline “Oh, Sleeper 11.30.18” which I assume means new album news/single dropping in just a few days. Check out the video below. Anyone here excited for the return of Oh, Sleeper? Please excuse the old image of Oh, Sleeper, it’s the only one we have.
