INTERVIEW : Numbers

Numbers is a difficult-to-classify band out of Seattle. They released their full length, titled Three, in March and to be honest it was an instant buy. I was totally unprepared with what this unsigned band offered musically and was immediately hooked. Check out the interview with vocalist Kyle Bishop below and get to know the band before your friends do! Don’t forget to check out our stream of the song “Legal Lee Speaking” as well.… Continued →

REVIEW : The Hawk In Paris - Freaks

The dream of the 80’s is alive in Nashville. That’s what the new Hawk In Paris album would lead me to believe anyway. It is true that many music critics say that the 80’s were a bad decade for music, however, The Hawk In Paris show us that this influence can be beneficial.

REVIEW : The Farewell Scene - Broken Halos EP

Band: The Farewell Scene Album: Broken Halos & Clipped Wings Label: N/A Reviewed By: Chris W Tracklisting:
  1. The Love You Seek
  2. Unending
  3. You Count The Stars
With the recent blow up of electro-pop and other sub-genres (the validity of which is debatable because most of the bands are straight up terrible) there are going to be a lot of awful bands that are out to ride the trend and make money, and then there are going to be the ones with an actual heart for the music they’re making.… Continued →
