Best of 2020: Noah Hardwick (Part III)

Something I realized once I started breaking my top 100 albums and EPs of 2020 list down into four posts is that each post became a micro-list of its own. For example, I wasn’t really thinking too hard about what album I was going to rank 26th when there were 100 albums. But when I split the list up suddenly being ranked 26th seemed really important as it became the last album a reader will see in this post. Best of 2017: Rob Jensen

2017 was a pretty decent year for music! Between finding newer bands, the resurgence of others from years of inaction, and great albums from bands we’ve come to love and depend on for great music, it was pretty tough to be disappointed. Righteous Vendetta to release new album "Cursed" in March

The metalcore/hard rock band Righteous Vendetta has announced they will be releasing their first release since 2014. The band has apparently been recording this album for 2 years. The band has signed to Century Media in case you missed that, so this will be the first release on that label. The band started in 2007 with Ryan Hayes and Justin Olmstead. They have released three studio albums and three EPs so far, and Cursed album will make the fourth studio album. The band has also released a song titled “Weight of the World”.… Continued →

INTERVIEW : Righteous Vendetta

Meet lead vocalist, Ryan Hayes of Righteous Vendetta. How long have you guys been playing together and how did you meet? Righteous Vendetta met and started in November of 2008 at Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming. Zach, Ryan, Alex and Justin all had an interest in music and teamed with their piano professor Tim Schoessler to start the original line-up of RV. Since the band has undergone four members changes and played over 130 shows. What are some bands that have influenced your sound?
