Abated Mass of Flesh releases "Shadowed By Light"

The Christian slamming brutal deathcore band (yes it’s a thing) Abated Mass of Flesh has released their second single for their album Lacerated. The band started in 2011 as a solo project of Zach Plunkett’s (Lead Guitar), until 2012, when he hired his brother Matt for Vocals and Logan Hayworth (Strengthen What Remains) on Bass. The three hired Kade Dodson (ex-Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza) for drums and they recorded an album and EP. Dodson and Hayworth departed and were replaced by Max Tubville and Riley Wingate, with an addition of Thomas Wingate on Rhythm Guitar.… Continued →

REVIEW : Final Surrender - Nothing But Void

How common is metal in Asia? Does anyone know? The genre of metal is a rare one to say the least, especially over in Asia. Final Surrender is one of the pioneers of the genre there. The Progressive metalcore act has been working hard on this album. Their debut album, Empty Graves, was released 4 years ago. The album begins with the single “Nothing But Void”. The Agony Scene Working on a New EP

Do you remember The Agony Scene? Signed originally with Solid State Records, many people thought of them as a Christian metal band. Which originally they were. They dropped that label and then signed to Century Media and later on Roadrunner. Anyways, the band broke up in 2008, but reunited in 2013. Since 2013, the band played a few shows in 2014 with Living Sacrifice, and Project 86.
