I just have to say it straight off the bat, this is one of the best ska/punk/rock albums I’ve heard in the past few years. There have been a lot of great ones but there is just something entirely unique that makes October Light deserving of such praise. They make tight, rhythmic ska music with stellar production and with clear, upfront vocals as a featured element. On Friday, April 26, Brinson will be releasing his new album Reversing Tomorrow. No stranger to the hip-hop scene, this will be his 9th solo project; his first album, Escaping Me, was released in 2008.
