Light The Way began in 2016 and started off releasing their fantastic debut ep, “Grace”. I’ve been moved lately to share this film (The Case for Heaven) and especially the story being told from the Sandoval brothers. I’d like to shed new light on this recent new song from Names Without Numbers. The song is called “You Do The Talking” and it’s hard to argue that this isn’t the BEST song the band has done. The band without a doubt have a diverse sound yet are extremely melodic, with precise attention pointed toward addictive melodies, and unforgettable harmonies. They are an alt-rock band with indie roots clearly showing, not afraid to shy away from a certain pop like influence. In a last minute attempt to boost sales numbers of tickets for Morbius this weekend, the band Makeshift3 were added to the soundtrack for the new film. They are unlisted and not credited but their music can certainly be felt in this anti-hero film starring the great Jared Leto. A rep for Sony/Marvel had this to say about the last minute addition to Morbius: “We were looking for the perfect music to add in at the end of the post-credits scenes. Right after the final scene shows, the screen turns dark then right before the workers begin picking up cold, stale, butter stained popcorn and cleaning that vomit puddle, the lights come on.… Continued →

Empty Atlas have announced that Eric Mattson of the long running band – Makeshift3, has joined the indie act – Empty Atlas, as their 2nd “Jr” drummer. He will be contributing cowbell, tambourine, congas, and some maracas. Even some steel drum will be added to the impressive band’s new sound.
