Dallas Taylor and the boys in Maylene And The Sons of Disaster have surprised everyone by posting some info regarding new music and a music video that will drop soon. According to sources here and here, there is even a pic of Dallas Taylor with former Underoath bassist/guitarist, Octavio Fernandez. No exact word yet on when this new music video (or new music itself) will drop, but we will try and keep you updated. It was a monumental year in underground, indie music and one that was ignited by artists sharing a similar Christian Faith. The annual Harvest (Crusade) event is back and is a one day event taking place October 3rd at the Angel Stadium of Anaheim here in sunny Southern California. Skillet, have just released their brand new song titled “Surviving The Game” and there is a music video to accompany the track (check it out below). This song continues in that same current Skillet sound tradition and their sound is complimented by high end production as well as musicianship. I really think Jen’s background vocals give this track an extra layer of oomf that further compliments their already classic, rock sound.
