The Dingees "Dropseeds" EP Out Now!

The Dingees return with their first new music (under their name) in a decade. The new EP is titled “Dropseeds” and it’s quite a variety of well done ska and punk rock music. The ska is definitely ska and the punk takes on that “Crucial Conspiracy” vibe. Give it a listen here. One track is going to appear on our new compilation “Fighting From The Ground Up Vol. 3” so get ready! You can also download/stream the EP over on their bandcamp here.… Continued →

Wolves At The Gate "Lost In Translation" Out Now!

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this new Wolves At The Gate covers album titled “Lost In Translation” but I sure do. It’s really done with the best production and sound you can get. Their take on many of these classic songs is nothing short of extraordinary. I’d go as far to say that some of these songs have been reinvented with a new fervor courtesy of Wolves At The Gate. I was expecting the Jimmy Eat World cover for “Sweetness” to pale in comparison to the real thing but surprisingly it’s the complete opposite and same goes for “The Pretender”, “Pardon Me”, “Heathens”, and “Breaking the Habit”.… Continued →

The Myriad Rereleases Early EPs

Much loved and critically underrated indie rock band The Myriad, seems to have some new activity transpiring. The band last released the full length “With Arrows, With Poise” back in 2008 to much acclaim and fan adoration but the band’s time in the spotlight was cut short when their drummer Randy sadly passed away from cancer. The band decided to put a hold on the band and went into hibernation. Well, they are working on things and also put up 3 of their older “indie” EPs on digital networks.… Continued →

As We Are Return With New Song

The band As We Are, are literally back! You might recall that this band released some indie material several years ago and even a release we sold in our online store at one time. Well the band has strengthened their sound and are back in a really big way with their first song in several years titled “Addiction”. You can listen to the song below in lyric video format. The band will release LP2 titled “This Isn’t The End; It’s Only The Beginning” via their new label home, Rottweiler Records on 9/28/23.… Continued →

The Young Escape Release BEC Recordings Debut EP

The Young Escape just released their BEC Recordings 5 song EP “You Shine” and it is available digitally wherever you get your music. I’m not always the biggest CCM listener but something strikes me differently about this group and I feel that their fresh sound will take them far even if it rests more on the “mellow” side of my old man ears. I’m open to anything new and I think the sounds on this little EP aren’t all that bad. Heck you might even find something encouraging and uplifting about this band of siblings.… Continued →

I am proud to present a very special Indie Vision Music premiere of the brand new Slow Coming Day track that is dropping on August 25th. This music video premiere will go live on August 25th but a little early hype can’t hurt, right? Minor Rockstar Release Debut EP

A new grungy-punk like band called Minor Rockstar just dropped their debut EP titled “Wasted” and it is available on all digital networks now through Thumper Punk Records. They have a really unique moody yet melodic sound that would have fit comfortably on any rock radio FM dial throughout the 90’s but not so drenched in nostalgia that they don’t fit in here in 2023. Imagine Superheaven, Balance & Composure, Off Road Minivan, Weezer, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains in a blender and you’ll get a feel for the sound you’re about to encounter.… Continued →

A Most Unnecessary Five Iron Frenzy Box Set Reaction by: Brandon Jones

This dumpster fire of a box set is sure to break the wallets of Five Iron fans across the world but also allow existing Five Iron vinyl owners to customize their order options and buy what they really need, food! Enough with that inflation, what we need is good old crappy third wave ska punk in vinyl format! The most exciting part for myself is the addition of “The End is Near” on vinyl for the first time plus “Proof That The Youth Are Revolting” and a really cool B-Sides record chock full of songs no one cares about.… Continued →

Introducing: This Surrender

I stumbled across this band the other day and had to give their latest EP a listen. This Surrender are described as an Easycore band out of Brooklyn, NY. but I would add in worshipful lyrics and a message of hope built on love. As their bio says, they are inspired by the likes of Killswitch Engage, For Today, alongside Four Year Strong and A Day To Remember. Imagine that mashup and you get kind of the idea of just what music you’ll discover upon listening.… Continued →
