Send The Advocate Drummer Departs From Band

Sadly, Send The Advocate has announced some sad news. On September 11, the band announced that original Drummer Damian Hyde has departed from the band. It was stated he departed due to difference in direction and so that he could focus more on his other project Perceive//Persist. Hyde will perform the shows the band has already lined up, which I was fortunate to see the most recent one with Earth Groans. Nomis - AGAPE

Oceanside artist and activist, Nomis, has released a handful of singles over the past few months. The latest of these is “AGAPE,” a chill hip-hop track with a groovy live bass line. JohnnyBoy (ex-TheWay) to Release New Acoustic Ep Through Thumper Punk October 10th

JohnnyBoy, the ex-lead singer of Ventura, CA. based punk band TheWay will release his new 3 song acoustic ep through Thumper Punk Records on October 10th. This ep much like the others in the “3 Song Acoustic Series” will also be released on a limited 7″. Glenn Rogers returns to Deliverance

Deliverance is one of the biggest and oldest metal bands of this scene. With a new album on the way, of course the band would be doing an interview. Doug Van Pelt has revived Heaven’s Metal Magazine and recently interviewed Jimmy Brown II of the band. They spoke about the new upcoming album, why they came back, and his project with other ex-Deliverance members titled Eraserhead.
