War of Ages - Cut Throat (Lyric Video)

The insanely talented metal(core) band, War Of Ages, returns with their politically charged new anthem titled “Cut Throat”. The song and it’s lyrics are basically an answer to all the movements on both sides that incite violence and hatred without offering any clear direction. It’s a hopeful call to arms in a biblical sense and doesn’t hold back lyrically. This is a band that has always stood for what is good and right and clearly points people towards a biblical worldview without being ashamed. Bold and unafraid, ready to share in love and out of a love that comes from a relationship with our savior Jesus Christ.… Continued →

XIII Minutes - Machaira (Lyric Video)

We are excited to bring you the brand new lyric video from Rottweiler Records act, XIII Minutes. The song is titled “Machaira” and can be purchased right here via bandcamp. I’ve been pleasantly surprised that “Machaira” has been as well received as it has. It’s a bit slower in tempo than what we’ve released to date. Not that I’m complaining though… I appreciate Indie Vision Music for premiering this lyric video. It’s been my favorite one. There is a subtle, yet powerful imagery to it.Continued →

Nihilio Reunite and Begin Work On First New Material in 10 Years

Nihilio is a band you might recognize from the archives of Indie Vision Music. Well the band has reunited and are in the studio with Matt Goldman recording their first new material in 10 years. This little heard underground band is about to explode on the music scene yet again and when they do, your face will be obliterated!… Continued →

Send The Advocate Drummer Departs From Band

Sadly, Send The Advocate has announced some sad news. On September 11, the band announced that original Drummer Damian Hyde has departed from the band. It was stated he departed due to difference in direction and so that he could focus more on his other project Perceive//Persist. Hyde will perform the shows the band has already lined up, which I was fortunate to see the most recent one with Earth Groans. The band is currently looking for new drummers, hit them up if you are interested.… Continued →

The Best of 1997: Favorite Hits From 20 Years Ago

Yep, the list you’ve all been waiting for (not really) is finally here. Feel free to offer up some laughs and critical remarks for the music I listened to the most 20 years ago. You’ll notice a heavy T&N presence and I just couldn’t help myself. There were a lot of albums and releases I found myself spinning back then and still getting plays today. I think that’s where this list falls in place, it’s the albums that had the longest lasting impact with me and had a catchy sound that I just couldn’t get enough of.… Continued →

On Tuesday night, I interviewed Garrett of the spirit filled hardcore band Rapture, from Los Angeles, California. Garrett and I spoke about their experience with the label, the band’s upcoming album, and some other cool stuff! Could you give a quick background on the band? We all came together in the summer of 2014. Richard and I (Garrett) came up with the idea of starting a Christian hardcore band.
