Audiofeed has just announced a couple more artists for it’s 2022 Summer Festival. Rosie Thomas, Listener, and the band – Huntingtons, have all been added to the lineup. In addition, the mighty Eric Clayton and band – Saviour Machine, have been added. This is probably one of the first shows with Saviour Machine in the states for a long time. Sexy Baby Records and the band, Huntingtons, are bringing the classic 1999 album – “Get Lost”, to vinyl and tape once again. The Ramones-esque album was an instant classic and further cemented their place in our hearts, minds, and music players back in the day. Led by the hit single “No Pool Party Tonight”, the album blazed through song after song of pure punk rock glory and didn’t let up for a second. I loved their T&N contributions but the band has a vast discography going all the way back to 1995 (and an album that dropped last year in case you missed it).… Continued →

Huntingtons are back with their first new album of recorded material in 17 years—their 8th full-length overall. This time around the band comprises Mike Holt (vocals/bass) Jonathan “Cliffy” Walker (guitars/vocals) Josh Blackway (guitars/vocals) and Chris Eller (drums). While the band has been known for its admiration for the Ramones, the first thing that struck me about Muerto, Carcel o Rocanroll is how much less obvious their worship for the leather-clad New Yorkers is this time. There are a few nods to them, most notably on ‘You Don’t Have to Go,’ and ‘I Don’t Wanna Die Alone’ (which reminds me a bit of ‘Poison Heart’ from Mondo Bizarro), but there’s clearly been some development of their sound in their 17-year hiatus.… Continued →

The long awaited debut full length from the 50’s influenced Houston, TX. based punk rock trio – The Prettybads, is now here! Yep, the list you’ve all been waiting for (not really) is finally here. Feel free to offer up some laughs and critical remarks for the music I listened to the most 20 years ago. You’ll notice a heavy T&N presence and I just couldn’t help myself. There were a lot of albums and releases I found myself spinning back then and still getting plays today. I think that’s where this list falls in place, it’s the albums that had the longest lasting impact with me and had a catchy sound that I just couldn’t get enough of.… Continued →
