Indie Vision Music Statement and Reels

There has been an ongoing silence on the latest happenings in the Christian music realm and it’s not by accident, it’s pure engineering. So much so that we’ve decided (well me actually) to amp up the fun by diving head first into the world of “Reels” and short streaming clips as evidenced by some recent posts on Instagram and Facebook. While not as cutting edge and China-centric as say TikTok or as private as a Snap (not that kind of private and also, do people still use this app?), I felt it was a necessary avenue of pure fun and engagement. There is no ulterior motive really, other than exposing new fans to classic songs and old hits us Gen X’ers find to be purely entertaining. So, while I could just as easily echo the “get off my lawn” sentiment, if you can’t beat em’ JOIN THEM! This leads the conversation all the way back to the beginning and to the nexus of the conversation which is…. I am going to make non-statement on a statement about the lack of a statement in regard to personal conduct of musicians in the scene doing inappropriate, dare I say – “criminal” and “objectionable” deeds.
