Dallas has been a part of our music scene and hearts since the late 90’s first playing with Underoath on 3 releases and then with his band Maylene and the Sons of Disaster for 4 full length albums. It really is awful, the amount of pain and trouble that he’s in is horrible. The worst part is, this isn’t a battle that will be over in a few months or even a year or so. This will be a lifelong battle, it’s just so refreshing to see him to be so adamantly thankful to God for his survival through it
We saw Maylene and the Sons of Disaster open up for Emery at a small club in California and hands down has to be one of the most intense sets I’ve ever seen. I got to shake Dallas’ hand. Wish him all the best.
