So this video was released back in January of this year along with their new album “The North Star” and I must say that it is a heavy hitter. I can’t believe I overlooked this release and didn’t give it proper promotion right here on IVM. Remedy Drive have created music that is deep and rich in content, overflowing with complex symbolism and a certain sense of urgency. For King & Country have gotten quite creative, with an artistic attempt at creating an engaging music video. It feels as though each one of their new music videos comes across as a sort of mini-movie. It’s quite an impressive undertaking and shows a group with talent that many others lack in their presentations. I think we’re all beginning to wonder whether or not Switchfoot grasps the concept of a hiatus. The band announced their hiatus at the end of 2017 but that hasn’t stopped them from playing a few shows and teasing a metal version of their classic “Meant to Live”. Now they’ve taken a break from their hiatus to write a song for the upcoming movie Unbroken: Path to Redemption.
