Earlier this year we were stoked to learn that IVM had several artists charting on the Billboard Christian Rock Charts for Radio Play. Mainframe, Grandpa Loves Rhinos, Light The Way, and Craig’s Brother all had songs on the charts throughout much of the year. It went a little quiet past few months until a friend alerted me to this last week’s chart showing Grandpa Loves Rhinos and Names Without Numbers both landing a spot. Reliance have just announced that they will be recording in Los Angeles with Dave Klein, March 2019. This punk band is beginning to blow up in a good way with their latest single “Broken Bottles” gaining traction and hitting the Billboard Charts under the Christian Rock category for radio play, last week. This great indie radio show called “The Undiscovered Sound” has been playing some IVM artists since last year and now that IVM has increased the amount of releases, we’re getting more airplay. I am happy to report that both Must Build Jacuzzi and Light The Way had songs on last week’s show which you can listen to right here (archived). New episodes air every Wednesday at 6pm EST. Please support my friends Tim Hopkins and Chris Kuhner in getting the incredible independent Christian alt-rock station BrokenFM back up on the air. I absolutely love this station and support their efforts at putting positive, hopeful music out there in the world. BrokenFM lost their transmitting towers/equipment. BrokenFM has been kind to IVM recently in playing tracks from some of our artists both on air and through internet streaming. It’s a tragedy what happened back a month or two ago with those fires up North.… Continued →

Matty Mullins, front man for the band Memphis May Fire, has indeed signed to BEC Recordings. He has released his new song titled “Unstoppable” (Feat. Jordan Feliz) which is getting radio play on Air 1 Radio Stations across the country. It doesn’t look like you can stream the song anywhere yet but if you have radio, tune in to Air1.
