I can’t be the only one who thinks these last couple singles sound extremely similar to the last album. Not that they’re bad or anything, I just don’t want to hear the same album over again.
That’s one of my favorite things about Saloon, actually–it was so original.
I’m hopeful that this album is just super hard to market. I was a little bummed with the past couple songs. This one I really like though. I’m keeping mostly quiet until a full listen of the album . I can’t imagine they will put out something unoriginal…at least I’m hoping.
I kinda hear what you mean, except these songs are more polished than those on “Handmade.” I like the technical progress Dawson and the guys have made since the new lineup change.
