MxPx have finally unveiled the first new song from their upcoming new 10th studio album, “MxPx”. This beautifully filmed music video and extremely catchy new song can be heard below. Mid-Life punk rock takes on new meaning and brings to the forefront all those fresh memories from years ago that were bubbling just beneath the surface. The nostalgia runs deep in this song and video and I think us as fans couldn’t have asked for a better first single. “Let’s Ride” is not only the perfect introduction to a band who have had so many trials during their run but also a reintroduction to a band you might have gave up on after their first decade. Seriously, check this out and run through the past with your arms wide open. Let’s ride.
for KING & COUNTRY have just revealed their music video for the new song/single titled “Pioneers”. The song features Joel & Luke Smallbone alongside their wives Moriah and Courtney, filmed against the volcanic backdrop of an otherworldly Icelandic landscape. This professionally filmed video truly captures the heart and soul of the song and showcases their vocal talents in an unprecedented manner. I have always been a fan of for KING & COUNTRY and I really enjoy this new song. I wish this group all the success in the world and I believe their new album with take them to new heights above what we’ve seen from them thus far. “Pioneers” is available now through all digital networks. The group’s new album is out October 5th 2018.

New singer by the name of “Adelaide” has just released her new single titled “UNFORSAKEN” and it is an uplifting, spiritual awakening set to pop rock music. Adelaide has a strong, commanding voice perfect for this style of music. I know there have been two other artists by the name of “Adelaide” that we have covered since the zine launched in 2005 but this is totally different and quite well done. Recommended for fans of: Evanescence, Fireflight, LEDGER, and Lauren Daigle.

Switchfoot have gracefully returned from their years long slumber to reemerge as a metal band. Check out this first single titled “Project 11” which does sound eerily familiar but not sure quite how. This is the “heaviest” the band has ever sounded. Those of you that were secretly wishing for a Jeremy Camp metal project can settle for second best and get a sweet Switchfoot one instead. What goes better with the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ than Bunnies, Eggs, Peeps, and good ol’ heavy metal? Well it works, right? Happy Easter everyone, I hope you all have a wonderful day with your families, friends, and even those that choose not to believe. There IS peace, there IS hope, and there IS definitely love in this Faith we cling so tightly to.
