Crimson Refuge Bio as seen on Myspace: Crimson Refuge is a 5-Piece Indie/Rock band based out of Eastern North Carolina. Their sound is a unique blend of southern/indie rock containing elements of hardcore. Their lyrics are based on everyday situations that life has thrown at the guys both the good and the bad. The force that drives them is their faith in Jesus Christ and their desire to make Him known. Crimson Refuge has been making their way into the music scene since fall of 2007.… Continued →

I recently conducted another interview with the guys of TrustFall. Most of you probably don’t know them, but they have great hearts for God. They have no studio-recorded songs, but that does not matter. They play music for the worship aspect, and because they know it counts.
– Please tell me who you are, and what you do in TrustFall, and whether or not TrustFall is your first band ever, and how long you’ve been playing in TrustFall.
Nicky Z- drums – not my first band – creator of Trustfall
Bobby- vocals, keyboard, acoustic – this is my first band – 5 months
Josh- back up vocals, guitar – this is not my first band – 5 months
-I saw on your myspace that TrustFall broke up, then reformed with three new members.

2.)Your 4th studio album comes out next week. Do you have any special
plans for release day?
Just a release party with some friends and family.
3.)Did you take a break after The Triptych was released, or did you
begin writing again as soon as that album was done?

Yesterday, I had the awesome opportunity of doing an e-mail interview with Ben Crist of The Glorious Unseen. I know that e-mail is pretty impersonal, but he seems like an amazing guy. If you have visited TGU’s myspace today, you might have read this already, because Ben posted it there. This is my first interview ever, so constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Please point out mistakes. I tried to ask less commonly asked questions, and I hope I succeeded. So yeah, enjoy the interview. 1.)Could you introduce yourself and give some background on previous bands/musical endeavors, etc?… Continued →
