Anberlin are heading out on tour with Emery and Watashi Wa for the celebration of 20 years of “Never Take Friendship Personal” which was their hit 2nd full length released in 2005 on Tooth & Nail Records. Some of you weren’t even born yet and the rest of us are old folks now, browsing the halls of a senior home eating Jello and sipping on ensure. Confirmation by the band to come. Wasn’t this the 20th anniversary of Watashi Wa “Eager Seas” and Emery “The Question” celebrated 20 years last year as well. Now I’ll reiterate the emphasis upon being old and feeling like the slipping of youth from the clutches of my frail, weathered hands. Well one good thing is that I’ve lost a bunch of weight and can fit in old band shirts now and/or buy them in a non-bloated size now.
