Jesse Leach, the vocalist of the project, has begun demoing vocals out for their next endeavor. Love & Death, the nu-metal band, have finally started working on new music. And just as I discovered that J.R. Bareis has left Islander, alongside the other two non-original members of Islander, they have begun guitar tracking with ex-Red, current Breaking Benjamin guitarist Jasen Rauch. The band currently consists of Brian Welch on vocals, J.R. on guitars and Dan Johnson on drums. Bassist Michael Valentine departed last year, without any official reason. The O.C. Supertones are finishing up work on their final Live recording which will be called simply, “Live Vol. 2”. It was recorded and filmed at their final show on June 3rd 2017.
