The band just released their debut single titled “No Consequence” (through bandcamp for name your price) and it is a refreshing take on the post-hardcore/indie rock genre. Smooth vocals that aren’t off tune, well placed bass, guitars, and percussion. Jason Dunn (of Hawk Nelson/Lights Go Down) has announced he will be reuniting with some friends under a new band name and will have new songs to go with it. This new music will be similar to early Hawk Nelson, a band he fronted for more than a decade. He also has been teasing a tour of “Letters To The President” in 2019 (15th Anniversary of that album). I’ve followed Jess Penner’s music since she was a part of the Hawaii based alt rock band Spooky Tuesday way back in the 90s.
