This pop rock/hip hop artist has been making a lot of waves lately with his personal stance on this years (2025) Dove Awards. I personally like some of his music and this song is one that I’ve heard many people love. Almost everyone who listens to contemporary Christian music that I have met over the past few years really dig his stuff so much that it’s no wonder he’s so popular. I have even seen memes where people liken him to standing with Christian metal bands that won’t go to the Dove Awards. His actual name is Forrest Neil Frank and he has been a part of a Texan duo called Surfaces that has collaborated with Elton John. The song’s lyrics remind us all that we all are lost without out Saviour Jesus. Check out this rad kid’s dance video.
“When I’m overwhelmed within From the weight of all my sin I need a friend to call my own I need a house to call my home When I’m broken down inside And there’s nowhere else to hide I need a place where I feel known Can someone help me? Then I hear Your reply Bringing teardrops to my eyes Saying I’m not alone
Oh Lord, I need You now more than ever Would You put my heart back together I searched the world ’til my head hurt Just to find out Your way’s better”

What’s his stance on the Doves? I haven’t heard.
