The other night, Anberlin did a livestream acoustic show, during which Stephen announced that the band would be writing some new music. This would be the band’s first new material since 2014’s “Lowborn”. Too often Christian bands have been too closely aligned with playing it safe–if not musically, then at least lyrically.
