Hey look who’s On the Cover of IVM! Is there a Secret Weapon of vinyl proportions in the works? Is it enough to give us a Panic, maybe get us up to that Ever Passing Moment? MxPx - They

MxPx released the political anthem “They” last week. The song is available for free download if you sign up for their mailing list. The band is celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Life in General” in which they re-recorded and re-released the album a few months back for free. MxPx - Doing Time

Today’s Video Flashback is of classic MxPx track “Doing Time” off the “Life In General” album (1996/Tooth & Nail Records). It’s amazing to think that Life in General just turned 20 last month. So crazy how fast time flies. Metaphysical Monday: Life in General

Next in our series of “Classic Christian Albums” is an MxPx masterpiece.  “Life in General” was the crowning achievement for Christian punk, in my humble (but very correct) opinion.  MxPx owns the title as kings of Christian punk and this album is their zenith. My earliest memories of anything related to MxPx were browsing through my local Christian Bookstore when I was only 13.  I had a pretty rad Christian Bookstore that would let you sample CDs in little listening booths with CD players.  … Continued →
