Protect Your Heart are back with another brand new song, this one titled "Speed Run". Since everyone hates the term "easycore" and I get crap for it let's just say it's heavy pop-punk and it'll leave you amped up and thirsting for more. Chainstay return with a brand new song titled "Take The Caseyville Exit". We are dropping the band's music video for this song below this post. This emotionally charged emo-pop-punk new school anthem is sure to bring a smile to the faces of both purists and cynics alike. If you like driving melodies, adrenaline fueled and loud instrumentation along with vocals that'll move you, then Chainstay is your band....

The Showdown have reemerged in the past year or so playing Furnace Fest last year, playing again this year, and best of all....a 20th anniversary vinyl pressing of their now classic debut "A Chorus Of Obliteration". This fantastic album was available in two variants before this post had gone up but now is down to just one available. Our friends over at The Rumors Are True podcast have reached an amazing marker of 100 episodes! To celebrate the milestone, founder Jeremy Alan Gould chose guitarist Jeff Schroeder for conversation. Jeff’s dense pedigree includes Christian indie projects like Lassie Foundation and the violet burning, as well as mainstream heavyweights Smashing Pumpkins. They discuss the differences and similarities in working in such vastly different projects, while Schroeder reflects on his current and perspective on the current state of the music scene.
