Anberlin have released a series of video clips over on their Instagram/Facebook pages with what sounds like new versions of songs off “Never Take Friendship Personal” and a date of 3/21. A video was just posted today with a clip of Matty Mullins (current lead singer of Anberlin and singer for Memphis May Fire) talking about re-recording “Paperthin Hymn” and that same date listed again. So either we are getting a re-recording of Paperthin Hymn with Matty on Friday or a whole album re-recording is dropping that same date. Sound off in the comments. Will the re-re-recording of “The Feel Good Drag” be even better than the 2008 version on “New Surrender”? We’ll just have to wait and see.
