I had the chance to catch this band live this summer at Audiofeed (my first time seeing them live), and I was completely blown away by their energy and performance. The show was so impactful that it broke this 50-something guy out of mosh retirement. Sure, I paid for it in my body for the next 2-3 weeks, but it was worth it! So when I found out that they were releasing a new album through Resuscitation Records I couldn’t wait to check it out. Hardcore band Clear Convictions originally formed in their home territory of Puerto Rico, but have since settled in Florida. I got to see the band live (for the first time) at Audiofeed last weekend and they absolutely killed it! In fact, they rocked hard enough to get this 51-year-old gray-haired guy out of mosh retirement. In fact, I surprised myself at how hard I went. But when the grooves are this deep and the riffs this thick, it’s hard to resist. The band formed sometime in the 2000s, but I couldn’t find a specific year.… Continued →

Puerto Rican hxc Clear Convictions is at it again with a brand new single that released a couple days ago. The new album Endure should be released in the next few months.
