Song of the Day: Exousia - Te Necesito

Melodic death metallers Exousia hail from Mexico. They have been making music together since at least as early as 1999 when they released their debut Serpiente de Bronce through their native label Alcance Subterraneo Producciones (who also put out releases by Deborah, Encryptor, Uzias, and others). The band released two more studio albums across the next four years, often incorporating elements of gothic metal, thrash, and black metal, though still staying true to melodic death metal for the most part. Tourniquet performing at Exodo Fest w/ New Lineup

The beloved thrash metal band, Tourniquet has been working on a new album for the last year or so, with only the lineup of founder Ted Kirkpatrick (drums) and longtime member Aaron Guerra (guitars). The band has been set to play Exodo Fest for awhile, it was just unknown about the lineup. Until recently. On March 4, 2017, the band announced they would be playing with Guitarist Jamey Henn, Bassist Andy Robbins (formerly of Holy Soldier), and Vocalist Jason Robison (Wrath of Typhon).
