A bit disappointed on Reubonic (after eagerly looking forward to it). The use of mild language on the track ‘Candy Coated Razor Blades’ doesn’t help Reuben’s bid for relevancy in today’s music culture. It hurts it- by becoming the static this album ironically tried to avoid becoming a part of. If NF can keep it clean and yet remain very real, then the same could’ve gone for this release, John’s first in seven years or so.
