The black metal band, Slechtvalk has announced that their drummer, Grimbold, or his real name Jan-Paul Lucas, is to depart the band. The band stated that his departure did not come as a surprise, due to lack of motivation. There seems to be no ill will towards him and the band even thanked Grimbold for the last 15 years of his contributions for the band. The band is currently looking for a replacement for Grimbold. The unblack metal band, Slechtvalk are about to release the album, Where Wandering Shadows and Mists Collide on December 20th. The band will be following up with a mini-tour of the album alongside Morgarten and Nightland. The band formed in 1999 with Shamgar, the only founding member, performing as a solo project called Dommer until 2000, when he changed the name to Slechtvalk. Shamgar remained the only member until 2002 when a full lineup was added on. With a few minor changes, that lineup remains primarily intact.… Continued →
