The much loved California based punk rock label, Thumper Punk Records, will be holding a special 10th anniversary show at Angel City in Bellflower, CA. on December 8th. The first bands signed to the label will be playing sets including Absolved, The Way, False Idle, The Hoax, and The King’s Kids. More info can be found on Facebook right here. TPR was on hiatus for about 9 months. TPR has a few things in the pipeline, but not the all-consuming dogpile like before. TPR will be supporting a few of the historical TPR bands, and the SoCal C-punk scene. Fortunately, there are quite a few good labels these days supporting C-punk (Raven Faith, ZAP Records, Rottweiler, Love Your Enemies Records, Christo Suburbano) so be sure to check out new releases from all those outfits.
