If you don’t have this Stavesacre album yet and aren’t listening to it right now then I’ve lost all faith in humanity 😉 Seriously though, drop what you are doing and give a listen to the new album from Stavesacre, their first new music since 2009. It’s more than nostalgia and longing for past glory, this is a step above all the other “rock” records of 2017. It’s a beautiful reminder of the powerful impact MUSIC can have on one’s soul. For me this band has always held a special significance for me in my walk and contemplation on life. Mark Salomon is one the finest rock n’ roll vocalists to grace our music scene in the past 20+ years as he has fronted this band (and before with The Crucified). I still have the fondest memories of seeing these guys live back in the day even when all the crowds around us seemed more concerned with punk and ska. These gentlemen always captivated the crowd and my heart. Thank you guys for making the best album of 2017 and revitalizing the rock scene. I hope even more people will discover the magic of this band.
Downloaded the album last night. Still trying to get a feel for it but it is AWESOME to hear this band again.
