Juliana Theory Reunites for 20th Anniversary of "Emotion Is Dead"

By in News | 1 Comment

Juliana Theory has announced that coming this June, we can expect to see a few shows by the full band reunited! The guys are already booked for Furnace Fest in September, but will also be playing shows in Brooklyn, NY and Los Angeles, CA. Whether more will be added, we can only guess. The band will be performing “Emotion Is Dead” in its entirety and will be joined at the NY and CA shows by MAE, who will be celebrating the 15th anniversary of “The Everglow”, performing it in its entirety as well!

The Juliana Theory will also be partnering with Tooth & Nail to rerelease “Emotion Is Dead” on vinyl (second pressing) and also as a double lp. If you’re lucky enough to make it out to one of the shows, you might even get your hands on a “tour only” variant.

This and the EP that came right after it were the only two JT releases I truly loved. Used to blast this one driving around with my brother with the windows down, especially “Top of the World” because it was super awkward.
