MxPx released the political anthem “They” last week. The song is available for free download if you sign up for their mailing list. The band is celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Life in General” in which they re-recorded and re-released the album a few months back for free. Do any of you have special memories of this album/time period? Next year is the band’s 25th anniversary and they already have some big plans in store. Prepared to be amazed.
Kinda underwhelming IMO. Lyrically and musically. If you’re gonna get political, needs to sound angrier. I’m mean, this is supposed to be PUNK rock, right? We have no shortage of bands and songs to compare this to.
Be that as it may, I am looking forward to whatever they have planned for their 25th.
