    Nevertheless Interview

You can read a new interview with Nevertheless right here.

We were in between writing songs for the new record and when you’re doing a record, there are a lot of voices. A lot of people are putting their hands on it, saying, “Do it this way and do it this way” and there’s a line in the song that people are always asking what it means that says “Your helping hands are more like suicide” and it’s not a literal suicide. It’s like death to your art. So that song kind of came out of frustration that people were just trying to kill your art and make it just this “Christian radio friendly,” glazed-over, whatever.
