$9.49 honestly seems a bit much to me for a 7 song EP

  3. bloodwater Said,

another update from emery…most of which has already been covered: “First things first: While Broken Hearts Prevail is a 7-song EP that will be released on October 28. The iTunes version has an extra track, which is an alternate version of one of the EP songs. Matt produced this EP, and we’re extremely proud of it.

The other big news is that we will be heading out on the road with our good friends Hawthorne Heights, as a part of the Never Sleep Again Tour. The lineup will be rounded out by The Color Fred, Tickle Me Pink, and The Mile After. The tour details are still being worked out, but it will most likely run from October 15 to December 6. We’ll be pretty much be playing everywhere in the US, so please be patient as we post the dates, and check back often to see if we’ll be coming to your hometown.

    That’s about is for now.
Let us know what you think of “The Smile, The Face” in the comments section of our MySpace page.”

  4. John Wayne Said,

I’m not going to be buying this from SmartPunk. I’m hoping it shows up at the local Hastings for less than that.

I love the cover though. It’s definitely not Emery, but I still like.

  5. Admiral Tobias Said,

Anything’s better than that scan-lined, random-number-2 crap cover that was circulating around here before.

I don’t love this, but I do prefer it.

apparently some of Emery’s songs were cowrote with Mick Mars, guitarist for Motley Crue
