Indeed. I love having something tangible that I can unwrap. There’s just no fun in downloading for me…

Family Force 5 was 7.99 opening week.

This better be no more than 9.99.

I’m taking my chances in store since I know this won’t quite live up to Cities.

Yeah, I’m sure it’ll be $9.99. I may get it the first week but I have a feeling they aren’t progressing forward at all. Instead they are side-stepping to get more fans now that they are on a major label.

it must suck to be in a band sometimes. you’re either trying to make your next great album…trying to live up to your great album…trying to move in a new direction…trying to keep making the music you love making in the same direction…trying to go back to your roots…trying to keeps the old fans happy while getting new fans.

Haha, well put. Can’t please everyone so a band should always do what they want but I don’t have to like it. That’s why the best bands are usually the ones that don’t care about popularity or the fans when they are in the studio.
