    Faceless International Trips 09

Stephen Christian co-founded a humanitarian organization called Faceless International.  They are going to be doing several trips next year in 2009.  If you’re interested check out the details here or below.

We are excited to share with you, our friends, our 2009 summer trips! Come out and join us in making a difference!

    Ukraine
    May 22nd-June 1st
    $3000

We will be learning about Human Trafficking in Europe and how poverty is the leading cause. Also, we will work at an orphanage to develop relationships with the beautiful Ukrainian culture. This trip promises to be an amazing time! We are asking that you have graduated high school to accompany us on this trip.

    Guatemala
    June 12-20 & June 20th-27th
    $2000

In Guatemala we will once again learn about the Fair Wage practices of the coffee industry, especially in the Guatemalan culture. This trip is being repeated because of the fantastic time we had this past June. Come experience what life is like in Central America! We are asking that you have graduated high school to accompany us on this trip.

    New York City
    July 13th-18th
    July 20th-25th
    July 27th-Aug. 1st
    $800

This trip is open to all high school students and up! Once again, we would like to make a difference in our own country, just like we are making a difference in other parts of the world. We are traveling to Los Angeles over Spring Break and we are also excited to say that we are traveling to New York City over the summer! Come work with us to be the change right here in the United States!

We would love to meet you on one of these trips! To receive more information about any these opportunities, email Sarah at sarah@facelessinternational.com.

I like the idea, although replace the fair trade scheme with microfinancing and you’ve got a winner.

Heh, funny. I just came from Ukraine. Very short trips though… Two weeks minimum would be my preference.
