He’s doing it again! More free Derek Webb (and Sandra too)

Based on the success of a similar project with his previous record, Mockingbird, Derek Webb is offering his latest, The Ringing Bell, for free through a new service called NoiseTrade. Listeners can choose to either tell three friends or pay whatever dollar amount they wish in order to receive a link to download the album. Another artist using NoiseTrade, which just launched this week, is Derek’s wife, Sandra McCracken. Her album Gravity \ Love is also available, along with fourteen other artists (for now).

Don’t forget about Waterdeep! This site is amazing!

      looks pretty sweet
the subscription option to Paste magazine at the bottom is pretty sweet also. I’ve always found that to be abit expensive to buy on a regular basis.

Anyone else agree that this is an insanely good idea?

      I do definitely
I picked up Derek Webb’s album plus Waterdeep!

I grabbed the Sandra McCracken record, and I’m thinking about going back for Waterdeep since you guys commented about them. What are they like?
