From a bulletin that Quick and the Dead posted, it appears that the band is changing their name and starting over. You can read the bulletin below

“Check out the demo of “A Way Out” and tell us what you think!
I know everybody has been wondering what’s been going on with us, so here’s the scoop! We’ve done alot of talking and alot of writing. We’ve decided to kind of start over and revamp everything. We will be changing our name and our sound, the new song is kind of where we’re heading but there will be alot more energetic rockin songs too! We’d also like to welcome our new member Michael, who will be playing guitar.
Currently we are writing and hopefully recording a new CD “Say Your Best, Do Your Worst”, when that is finished we plan on playing alot of shows! So watch out!”
