I like all of Brand New's music, and I'm completely blown away that anyone could NOT like "The Mix Tape". It represents YFW in general, in that it's basically angsty teen pop punk, but it pulls it off better then anyone else I've ever heard. I will admit, Deja is a "better" album, but you gotta love "The Mix Tape" and YFW for the raw emotion it pulls off so well. What?!! I like all of Brand New’s music, and I’m completely blown away that anyone could NOT like “The Mix Tape”. They played most of that album, from what I remember. Millstone, Jesus, The Archers Bows Have Broken, Luca, Handcuffs, etc. All the good ones. I know they also played "The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot" and "The No Seatbelt Song." Beyond that I can't really help you much. I think they played "Sic Transit Gloria" too, but I'm not sure. It was hard to fully appreciate Brand New because I wasn't yet familiar with them very well, but now I want to see them again.
