Jesse Sprinkle, long time solo artist, brother of Aaron Sprinkle, and recently the drummer of Dead Poetic, is releasing his fifth solo record next week. Read on for a message from Jesse about the release show and his feelings on the record.

Hi people.
Jesse Sprinkle here. (the drummer for dead poetic)
I have a new solo record coming out this week.
(meaning i sing and play other instruments as well)
It’s called “surrounded by lights”

This album is very special to me.
And it’s the first solo record that i’ve done in a few years.
I’m confident it’s the best of my 5 solo records.

I’d really appreciate any support i can get with this record.
It won’t be in stores or pushed by any big companies.
So for now it’s only available through mail order.

I’ll be playing a cd release gig on saturday march 1st in seattle.
My brother aaron sprinkle will also be playing a set that night.
This will be the first time that we’ve ever performed together.
So it’ll be slightly historical.
Or something like that.
