    August Burns Red Video Release

August Burns Red will be debuting their video for “Composure” this Thursday, September 6th on myspace. It will be on of the featured videos. Honestly, I’m getting tired of the waiting game for these videos. Shouldn’t they be released before the album drops so it’ll help get the word out through the various video outlets? What do you guys think?

yeah, i guess, but in the end music videos don’t do much. at least not for me anyways. still they’re cool to watch.

everyone knows that nowadays an album comes out, THEN an ecard, THEN the label will promote it, THEN a video or contest emerges.

Kevin, though that seems to be true, it doesn’t make as much sense to me, though I admit I know very little about marketing.

I just think it’s really silly how music videos are being preceded by trailors. It’s so much hype for so little.
