    Happy Halloween

[Copeland will be on FUSE tonight. Their interview on Steven’s Untitled Rock Show will air at 10pm, and then again the next day at 4pm.

    Don’t eat too much candy.

Where Were You When I Was At The Airport?

[So I am sitting in the Dayton International Airport getting ready to fly to Chicago and then to Tampa, so I figured, what the heck, let's add some news.

HM has posted a review of a Relient K/MxPx show in Texas.

Speaking of Relient K, I can’t remember if anyone has mentioned this before, but the band’s last three records have been shipped Gold quantities (500,000 units). Crazy.

Naive Clothing is hosting a battle of the bands contest. They already sponsor bands such as Forever Changed, Anberlin, The Juliana Theory, and more. Go on over and vote for your favorite new band. The winner gets a sweet sponsorship.

Does anyone know what song that title of this post is from? Hit me up if you do. The winner gets my bag of airline peanuts.

If you have a moment, pray that my plane doesn’t crash. Thanks.

    Militia Group stuff

[Umbrellas will have their song "The City Lights" featured on the ABC television show "Grey's Anatomy" Sunday night at 10pm. If you haven't had a chance to check these guys out, have a listen at their MySpace page.

Also, Copeland will be hosting "Stephen's Untitled Rock Show" on FUSE Halloween night. If you have nothing else to do, tune in to the boys on the tele. [thanks, Buzzgrinder].

Listen to the following bands whenever you are in a bad mood: The Rocket Summer, Last Tuesday, Yellow Second, Olivia the Band. You’ll be smilin’ or your money back.

    Adelaide news

[Word of Mouth Records' Adelaide have officially called it quits, but there is a silver lining. Bassist and songwriter Joe Secciarelli has joined This Day And Age on One11 Records and will be joining them on their tour of Japan in January.

This fall, Staple (Flicker) and Blessed By A Broken Heart (Blood & Ink) will be hitting the road for some eastern U.S. shows. Check out Staple’s MySpace for updated show information.

By the way, if you haven’t picked up Staple’s latest, “Of Truth And Reconciliation,” you are seriously missing out. Make sure you check them out on tour this fall/winter and grab a copy.

Burden of a Day (Blood & Ink) will be hitting the studio in January to record their debut full-length album.
