RIP Michael Bloodgood and Kaleb Luebchow

It is unfortunate news I bring you all today. Our music scene just lost two tremendous musicians and faithful servants. Michael Bloodgood who is the namesake and founding member of a legendary heavy metal band called Bloodgood that had quite a few huge albums release during the 80’s that shared Truth and Faith in a very real way through their songs and music. The band made a return about 10 years ago and released the fabulous, epic Christian Metal album “Dangerously Close” in 2013. Fleshkiller Announces New Vocalist

Fleshkiller has announced that they have a new vocalist. The band started last year as a supergroup with members Ole Børud (Extol, Schaliach) and Peter Dalbakk (Vardoger, Schaliach) started the project and later added on Drummer Andreas Skorpe Sjøen. On January 10, 2017, Børud went to Facebook with a video of good news and bad news. Dalbakk is no longer apart of the band, as he is busy with life, but the band announced his replacement. The band has announced that Elisha Mullins of The Burial will be taking over vocals.… Continued →

A Hill to Die Upon tease...something

The black metal/death metal band A Hill to Die Upon has something new on the horizon. The band teased something new on December 15, 2016, saying that in March 2017 there will be something new. The band formed in 2004 with brothers Adam (Guitar, Vocals) and Michael Cook (Drums), and Bassist Elisha Mullins. Mullins left in 2011 to pursue joining the band The Burial (Facedown Records). The band now has a full line-up consisting of the Cooks, Nolan Osmond (Guitar), Brent Dossett (Bass), and Tanner Jones (Guitar).… Continued →

Meet vocalist David Marshall of The Burial. How did you guys meet and how long have you been playing together? Todd (guitar) and Jake (bass) were both playing in a previous band by the name of Oh Captain, My Captain and after that band broke up, they decided to start playing metal together. Jake knew Randy (drums) from shows and hanging out and convinced Randy to pick up drums for The Burial, as he was a guitar player firstly.
