The “thug metal” band, Solus Deus has released their third EP, titled The Plague. Solus Deus started in 2012 as a project of members of Bleed the Sky and Chimaira. Later on they would hire Rocky Gray of the famed Living Sacrifice, Soul Embraced, and Evanscence to join the band. The band recently signed to the EMP Label Group, the label owned by Megadeth Bassist David Ellefson. The band released their EP, The Plague on February 17, 2017 via EMP. The death metal band Soul Embraced has joined Instagram with some exciting news! The band has a new album in the works. This is pretty exciting! The band started many years ago, in 1997, but broke up the year after. The band reunited in 1999 and has been active ever since. The band has released 5 albums; four through Solid State and Mythos through Rottweiler Records. The band’s last known lineup was Chad Moore (Vocals), Rocky Gray (Guitars), Cody Smith (Guitars), Demon Hunter’s Jon Dunn (Bass), and Living Sacrifice’s Lance Garvin (Drums).… Continued →
