The North Carolina rockers known as Decyfer Down came back from oblivion with “Scarecrow” in 2013. It was a surprise of an album venturing into riffs and southern hooks that took heavy influences from vocalist TJ Harris and his previous band Fighting Instinct. The album was a sweet breath from what one might expect from the radio-ready rock group. Unfortunately, “Scarecrow” received mix reception and fell under too many radars. Christian alternative metal band, Random Hero has announced they will be going on tour on the City Rockfest Tour with fellow Christian alt metal bands Disciple, Project 86, Seventh Day Slumber, and Decyfer Down.
