Hopefully lineup changes does mean "upgrades" because the other option "downgrades" would suck. I honestly think if they could pull in two big names (Anberlin, Underoath, Relient K, Switchfoot, etc) that it would help a lot. The smaller fests didn't bring in enough revenue to stay open either. Creation is the longest running & biggest festival (I believe). They are arguably the most CCM festival as well.
