I actually saw these guys before I went and listened to their demos, and their demos do not compare to the band live at all.
They have surprisingly, and refreshingly good harmonies live.
Being a drummer, I have to say that theirs is very solid, and entertaining.
So much about them reminds me of Taking Back Sunday, except with screams.
They are absolutely not the next big thing, visually boring, but if you want a completely solid live performance, check out these guys.
I’ll definitely pay to see them again.

Fair enough, but I will warn you that you are probably going to get a lot of heat from that comment.

Anyways, I just hope this approach does not keep them OUT of Cornerstone. As in, I hope that those who decide such things don’t see this move and decide not to let Children 18:3 come because of it.

thanx for your time, I checked out the band, but it isn’t really my style. I can say that I really hate pure emomusic. One big sorry for all the lovers of emomusic, from me, but I hate it.

I cannot wait to see them in San Diego. Unlike most of the venues they are playing at, in San Diego they are playing at a small pub in UCSD so I am sure to meet them. Only students are invited to the show too, so it won’t be jam packed either, I am soooo stoked. They really gave San Diego fans the hook ups for a great PERSONAL farewell show!

i would love a new album more similar to In Motion or Beneath Medicine Tree. I like the 3rd and 4th albums but I miss the more rocked out songs. They still rock out the new songs live I just don’t get that feel on the albums.

Well, I think everyone needs to stop talking about Austin and Attack Attack! so much. What’s done is done.

But, from following Attack Attack! for a long time in videos and such, Caleb and the Asian dude (forget his name) are the only ones who don’t seem like complete jerks.

Gosh, do I despise that band. Not for their lyrics necessarily, but their music is complete garbage. They never left a good impression on me either…

Thanks for your point of view guys. I really don’t know what to think anymore about it. There is another theory he got kicked out because the rest of the band was tired of his beliefs and thought he was getting in the way when they wanted to go their own way. You would think the truth wouldn’t be so hard to find. If the 2nd theory is true than the rest of the band are full of jerks and Austin should be glad to be out. Someone should interview him about it and I’m sure we would find out the real reason. But anyway, who cares.

I have to agree i think the whole austin getting kicked out for being un-christian was just made up by a group of dedicated AA fans trying too make it look like AA did the right thing.

I think a rock doing nothing or watching paint dry is better than Attack Attack.

And let the reasons he was kicked out of AA get put to rest. Whatever the reason, its their loss! And whoever said that it was because he was sleeping around and doing drugs, thats a lie, I have met this dude on several occasions, and know some of his friends who swear he is a legit dude, that wouldn’t do crap like that.

I had to drive 1500 miles in 2008 to see DH & LS glad DH is in Mpls this time and my drive will be about 15 miles instead. I like btf a lot but their style is not a match with the rest of the bands. Oh, well it will be good to see them soon. Anyone else here think DH would be a lot more popular if they toured more? I know why they don’t and understand but I think they would be a lot bigger if they did.
