P.O.D are heading out on a huge tour with Daughtry and 3 Doors Down beginning November 17th. It looks like they hit The Honda Center in Anaheim on December 15th which means hopefully I can go. Full press release below.
(New York, NY) – P.O.D. will join Daughtry and 3 Doors Down as special guests on the forthcoming pairs co-headline U.S. tour. The tour kicks off November 17th in Tunica, MS and will run through the middle of December (tour dates below).
P.O.D.’s second single, “Higher,” will impact the week of October 30th. The video for “Higher” is available now on VEVO- WATCH HERE. The video for “Higher” was filmed with director Ramon Boutisveth (All That Remains, For Today, Trivium). The band also partnered with Harley Davidson for this video and the video features a number of Harley Davidson motorcycles.
The band’s first single, “Lost In Forever” hit #1 at Active Rock Radio (#1 on BDS). This is P.O.D.’s first-ever number one single at the Active Rock format and also the first number one charting Active Rock track for the band’s new label partners at Razor & Tie. The video for “Lost In Forever” has also already generated over 2.1 million combined views.
Both songs are off of P.O.D.’s new studio album, Murdered Love (Razor & Tie), which was released this past summer. The band will also release a Vinyl version of Murdered Love on November 19th.
Murdered Love is P.O.D.’s long-awaited follow-up to When Angels & Serpents Dance. The album sees the band reunited with long-time producer Howard Benson who also produced the band’s massive Satellite album alongside hit albums for Kelly Clarkson, Theory Of A Deadman, Daughtry, and My Chemical Romance.
P.O.D. recently wrapped the third annual Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival alongside multiplatinum rock bands Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind and Papa Roach.

Believe it or not, I have only seen P.O.D one time and that was after Snuff the Punk but before Brown. I would really like to see them again. Daughtry actually puts on a good show, I saw him with Bon Jovi a few years ago and enjoyed it. I know that’s not a cool thing to say but who cares, it’s all about what you enjoy right?
not all about but big part of it yes :D
^^ Thats a much nicer response than mine wud b, lol. I wonda about brandogs choice in music sumtimes, lol.
Hey you shush Phil ;) I like all kinds of stuff and I try not to let biases get in the way of enjoying a good tune regardless of the artist it’s coming from. I am not a Nickelback or 3 Doors Down fan but I do appreciate P.O.D and Daughtry.
^^ O i got my guily plesures also, but jovi+ dautry? Cmon man, that a lil ovaboeard, lol.
^^ Ovabord, ovabeard, same thing, lol.
Hey hey like what you want and don’t worry what other people think. If phil looks at my last.fm page recently he probably would shun me forever.
thats a really odd line up
^^ Ya, i was guna say, this is the best they cud do 4 tour suport? Lol, lame.
I am sure it’ll be a big hit with the beer drinkin’ radio rock crowd ;)
Terrible line up. Might as well call it “The radio sellout tour”
Yeah I wont be there thanks
Not a big fan of 3DD, only like a handful of their songs but P.O.D. and Daughtry together is pretty awesome! I would go and leave before 3DD got on stage, assuming theyre the last to go on.
You get a free lighter with a ticket purchase, and girls with tribal tramp stamp tattoos will be granted backstage access.
Haha oh Chris ;)
OK. Just when you thought it couldn’t get trashier…CREATIONS is opening for Drowning Pool.

Those words rang all too true for Drowning Pools original singer. That’s why you don’t do drugs kids!
I saw that too. They’re pretty brave to play in those types of venues. Can’t imagine the bunch of winners that compose Drowning Pool’s fan base will enjoy them.
Only on an only Christian music website can you find someone whose name is ‘ParkerlovesJesus’ joking about a band member’s drug overdose death, followed by a comment about it being ‘brave’ to play to the ‘winners’ who like said band.
And we freaking wonder why the world doesn’t take Christianity seriously.
